The Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications is launching, for the needs of its structures, a recruitment competition based on qualifications for the 2025 fiscal year.

The application files must include the following documents:
  • A copy of the ANEM registration card;
  • A copy of the degree or diploma;
  • A copy of the academic transcript of the training program (Bachelor + Master transcripts, or Bachelor transcript, or Higher Technician transcript), depending on the position;
  • The candidate’s Curriculum Vitae, supported by certificates proving professional experience and training certificates.
Candidates who are definitively admitted must complete their recruitment files with the following documents:
  • A copy of the national identity card;
  • Birth certificate extract;
  • A copy of the document proving the candidate’s situation regarding national service;
  • Family status certificate, if applicable;
  • A work certificate justifying professional experience acquired in the specialty related to the applied position, if applicable;
  • A valid criminal record extract (bulletin no. 3);
  • A medical certificate (general medicine and pulmonology);
  • Two (02) passport-size photos.
Application deadlines and file submission:
  • The final deadline for registration and file submission is set at fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of the first publication of this notice in the Web site of the Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications.
Notes:
  • Candidates admitted to the following positions (CESJ/DAECE/01, 02, 03, and CEJ/DAECE/20) will be assigned to the Economic Authority for Electronic Certification Directorate located in Rahmania – Sidi Abdellah. For other admitted candidates, the workplace will be in Hussein Dey (central Algiers);
  • Each candidate may only apply for one(01) position.
