In order to meet its needs, the Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications launches, on the basis of qualifications, a recruitment competition to fill the following positions:

Applications must include the following documents:
- A handwritten application (specifying the post applied for and the relevant reference, address and telephone number);
- A copy of your national identity document;
- A copy of the ANEM registration card;
- A copy of the title or diploma;
- A copy of the transcript of the training course;
- Curriculum Vitae, together with proof of professional experience and training certificates;
- A stamped self-addressed envelope (large format).
Candidates who are definitively admitted must complete their recruitment files with the following documents:
- Birth certificate;
- A copy of the document proving the applicant's national service status;
- Family record of civil status, if applicable;
- An attestation of work experience acquired in the speciality relevant to the post applied for, if applicable;
- A valid police record (bulletin no. 3);
- A medical certificate (general practice and phthisiology);
- Two (02) passport photos.
Deadlines for registration and submission of applications:
- The final deadline for receipt of applications is fifteen (15) calendar days from the first publication of this notice on the website of the Autorité de Régulation de la Poste et des Communications Électroniques: www.arpce.dz.

- Notice published on the ARPCE website on Monday 10 March 2025.
- The deadline for applications is Tuesday 25 March 2025.
- Successful candidates will be assigned to the Department of the Economic Electronic Certification Authority located at Rahmania - Sidi Abdellah, Algiers.
- Incomplete applications or applications received after the deadline will not be taken into consideration,
- Candidates may only apply for one post.
