The Regulatory Authority for Post and Electronic Communications announces the definitive withdrawal, starting from October 22, 2026, of General Authorization n°02/PC/ARPCE/2024, dated February 14, 2024, issued to the operator SARL DATAGIX for the establishment, operation, and/or provision of cloud computing hosting and data storage services. This withdrawal is due to the operator’s failure to comply with applicable legislative and regulatory provisions; the company is instructed to contact the Regulatory Authority’s offices without delay.
