The Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications informs you that the executive decree No. 26-97 of 12 Sha’ban 1447 corresponding to 31 January 2026, setting the conditions and procedures for the approval of electronic communications equipment has been published in the official Journal of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria No. 13 of 15 February 2026.

This decree aims to establish the conditions and procedures for the approval of electronic communications equipment, including the conditions for submitting approval applications, processing deadlines, as well as the procedures for the issue and the validity of the certificate of conformity.
