Today, on June 22, 2025, at 14:00, it was carried out at the headquarters of the Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications (ARPCE) the opening of envelopes of the bidders: Optimum Télécom Algérie (Djezzy) , Wataniya Télécom Algérie (Ooredoo) and Algérie Télécom Mobile (Mobilis), who have submitted their tenders in response to the competitive bidding n° 01/2025 for the granting of three 3 licences to establish and operate mobile electronic communications network of the fifth generation 5G open to the public and the provision of related services.
The opening session of the tenders took place, in public session, in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force, in particular the rules of the call for tenders, which define the procedures for opening and examining tenders, as well as the criteria for their evaluation.
