The Postal and Electronic Communications Regulatory Authority has issued a financial penalty decision against the postal operator « LALMI OKBA ISSAM (COLIS PRO EXPRESS)», for non-compliance with the applicable regulations, in particular:

• Failure to submit a detailed statement of accounting transactions, certified by an auditor, for the 2024 financial year.
