Following the unsuccessful outcome of the first open tender, The Regulatory Authority for Post and Electronic Communications (ARPCE) is relaunching for the second time a national open tender with minimum capacity requirements for the migration of obsolete HSM equipment with support, as well as the renewal of maintenance support for the existing HSM equipment, for the benefit of the Economic Authority of Electronic Certification (AECE). This tender is divided into two (02) lots.
