The Regulatory Authority for Postal and Electronic Communications (ARPCE) informs all bidders interested in Open Consultation No.: 026/DAM/ARPCE/2025, for the purpose of acquisition, installation, and commissioning of an Integrated Management Software (ERP) in the benefit of the Regulatory Authority for Post and Electronic Communications (ARPCE), that the initially scheduled fifteen (15) calendar day offer preparation period has been extended by an additional five (05) calendar days.
