Amending Executive decree No. 22-39 of 7 Jumada al-Thani 1443 corresponding to 10/01/2022 laying down the conditions for the issue of the general authorisation to establish, operate and/or supply electronic communications services to the public as well as the amounts of the financial consideration, fees and annual contribution relating thereto.
