The Postal and Electronic Communications Regulatory Authority announces that a decision has been issued to partially suspend—for a period of thirty (30) days starting July 23, 2026—General Authorization No. 02/PC/ARPCE/2024 of February 14, 2024, held by the operator DATAGIX SARL, regarding the establishment and operation of cloud computing data hosting and storage services.

During the aforementioned partial suspension period, the holder may not sign up new clients; however, it may continue to provide services to existing clients, provided no new services are supplied to them.
