Following the unsuccessful outcome of the consultation, the Regulatory Authority for Posts and Electronic Communications (ARPCE) is relaunching the open consultation no.: 004/DAM/ARPCE/2026 for the selection of a specialized consultancy firm to develop terms of reference for an audit mission on costs, revenues, and results derived from the analytical accounting systems of mobile telephony operators for the benefit of The Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications.
