The Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications has issued formal notice to defaulting electronic communications services operator, SARL NUMERIX CONTACT, for failure to comply with the regulatory and legislative provisions, notably, for failure to send the detailed statement of accounting transactions for the 2025 financial year, duly certified by the auditors.
