The Regulatory Authority for Postal and Electronic Communications (ARPCE) informs all bidders interested in Open Consultation No.: 017/DAM/ARPCE/2025, for the purpose of conducting penetration tests and vulnerability assessments of the information systems of the Regulatory Authority for Post and Electronic Communications (ARPCE), that the initially scheduled fifteen (15) calendar days offer preparation period has been extended by an additional Seven (07) calendar days. As a result, the offer submission deadline initially set for October 06, 2025, is now extended to October 13, 2025, between 09:00 and 12:00 PM (final deadline).
