Approving the amendment to the terms of reference appended to Executive decree No. 05-460 of 28 Shawwal 1426, corresponding to 30/11/2005, which approved, as a regularisation measure, the licence to establish and operate a public telecommunications network and to provide fixed international, interurban, and local loop telephone services to the public.
