The Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications (ARPCE) organized, on Sunday 16 February 2025, at National Army Circle, a ceremony for the official launch of electronic certification and signature services in the economic branch. The ceremony was enhanced by the presence of Mr. Mourad Slimane BENAMEUR, the interim Director of the Prime Minister's Office , Mr. Sid Ali Zerrouki, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Mrs. Meriem Benmouloud, Minister High Commissioner for Digitalization, representatives of various institutions and ministries as well as economic operators.
During this ceremony, Mrs. Samia TOUCHEN, Director of the Economic Electronic Certification Authority (AECE), delivered a detailed presentation of the legal framework concerning the activity of the Economic Electronic Certification Authority (AECE) as well as the services it offers to economic operators.
During this ceremony, an agreement was also signed between the Economic Electronic Certification Authority and the Digital Development Support Company (EADN) on the allocation, free of charge, of a certificate in its capacity as the first customer of the Economic Electronic Certification Authority.
On the occasion of this ceremony, Mr. Mohamed El Hadi HANNACHI, Chairman of the Board of the Regulatory Authority honored the AECE team for the efforts made and their perseverance for the realization of this project, which is in line with the program of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid TEBBOUNE, in the part relating to the digital transformation of the country.
Finally, Mr. Mohamed El Hadi HANNACHI, Chairman of the Board of the Regulatory Authority, would like to express his sincere thanks to the staff of the AECE, those of the ARPCE and all those who contributed to the success of this event.
