The Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications (ARPCE) proceeded, on 30 September 2026 at 1:30 PM at its premises , with the opening of the bids submitted by tenderers in response to competitive tender No. 01/2026, concerning the award of two (2) licences for the establishment and operation of an open to the public electronic communications network by satellites in Non-Geostationary Orbit (NGSO), as well as the provision of related services. The opening of bids was held in a public session at the premises of the Regulatory authority, in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force, in particular those set forth in the rules governing the competitive tenders, which define the procedures for the opening and examination of bids, as well as the criteria of their evaluation.
