Following the unsuccessful outcome of the first consultation, the Regulatory Authority for Posts and Electronic Communications (ARPCE) is relaunching for the second time an open consultation to select a specialized consultancy firm tasked with preparing terms of reference for an audit mission on the costs, revenues, and results produced by the analytical accounting systems of mobile telephony operators.
