The Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications affirms that the company LALMI OKBA ISSAM (COLIS PRO EXPRESS) has not complied with the conditions imposed on it by the applicable legislative and regulatory texts, in particular the provisions of decision N° 46/SP/PC/ARPCE/2020 of 13 october 2020, setting the conditions for the operation of postal services under the regime of simple declaration concerning the registration certificate which was issued by the Regulatory Authority, dated January 7, 2024 under No. 14/PC/ARPCE/2023.

In this regard, the Regulatory Authority formally notifies the said company, in accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of Law 18-04 of 24 Chaâbane 1439 corresponding to May 10, 2018, establishing the general rules relating to postal and electronic communications, to comply with the requirements of the applicable legal texts, within a maximum period of eight (8) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Failure to provide a detailed statement of accounting transactions for the year 2024 certified by an auditor.

Failure to comply with this notice will result in the Regulatory Authority taking all possible legal action against the company and initiating all available legal proceedings.
