The Postal and Electronic Communications Regulatory Authority has issued a financial penalty decision against the postal operator operating under the simple declaration regime, "ONE SERVICE TEC SARL", for non-compliance with the applicable regulations, in particular:

• Failure to submit a detailed statement of accounting transactions, certified by an auditor, for the 2024 financial year.
