Applicants for certification wishing to take a sample for certification purposes are informed that a document entitled «commitment to take a sample for certification purposes» is available from Customs. This document must be dated, sealed and duly signed by the legal representative of the legal entity or its authorised representative. This document must be accompanied by a complete certification application dossier.
