The Regulatory Authority for Post and Electronic Communications (ARPCE) is launching a national open call for tenders with a requirement for minimum capacities, for the renewal of support and maintenance for Dell equipment and software, part of the IT infrastructure of the Economic Authority for Electronic Certification (AECE).
