In accordance with the provisions of article 10 of the Executive Decree No. 18-246 of 9 October 2018, Determining the content and quality of the universal postal service and the universal electronic communications service, the tariffs applied to them and their method of financing., the Regulatory Authority informs you that a new section has been created on its website www.arpce.dz.

Through this section, you will be able to download a PDF and Excel file containing the detailed statement of the accounting operations of the universal service contributions account.

This document must be completed and certified by an auditor and sent to the Regulatory Authority within a maximum period of five (05) months after the end of the financial year, in paper format as well as in digital version to the following email address: secrétariat-dfc@arpce.dz

The payment of the universal service contribution must be made annually in a single instalment, within a maximum period of one (01) month after the notification of the above-mentioned statement. An invoice will then be issued accordingly.

In addition, we remind you that the payment of the amount of the contribution is made as follows:

• The amount excluding tax (excluding tax) must be paid via the postal current account (CCP) dedicated to the universal service, number: 0079999000032225934.
• The amount of VAT must be paid via the Crédit Populaire d'Algérie (CPA) account, number: 00400118401000469540.
