Following the publication of the Executive decree No. 21-94 of 9 March 2021 amending and supplementing Executive decree No. 05-458 of 30 November 2005 laying down the conditions for importing raw materials, products and goods intended for resale in the same condition as received, and reorganising the classification of activities relating to the sector of imports for resale in the same condition as received, the Regulatory Authority has accordingly adapted Decision No. 28/SP/PC/ARPCE/2019 of 16 October 2019 on the certification procedure for devices and radio installations designed to be connected to an electronic communications network open to the public.
