Frequency assignment request for public radio-relay systems
A radio-relay system is a signal transmission system used to wirelessly link radio stations, such as GSM BTS, Node B, and ENode B, etc., as well as to deploy a radio-relay transport network (Backbone).
The file must include the following documents:
- A request for frequency resources; this must contain the following information:
- Identity, company name, address;
- Reason for the request for frequency resources;
- Precise location(s) of operation (arterial route, link).
This request should be sent to: The Director General of the Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications (ARPCE);
- The radio-relay system public network(s) form, duly completed taking into account all the information requested, dated and signed by the Director, Manager or Head of the applicant organisation;
- Technical notices for the equipment;
- Proof of payment of the file management fees of seven thousand one hundred and forty dinars inclusive of tax (7,140.00 DZD inclusive of tax) to the Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications (ARPCE) via Banque CPA, Hussein Dey branch: No. 004 00118 40 10004695 40.
- The file thus created must be sent or submitted to the following address: Regulatory Authority for Post and Electronic Communications, Direction technique, 01 Rue Kaddour Rahim, 16005 Hussein-Dey-Alger.
The payment of file review fees shall be made exclusively through the submission of a bank debit notice relating to a bank transfer or a cash payment receipt issued by the bank. Under no circumstances shall bank cheques be accepted as a means of payment for the electronic service.
