Regulatory Authority users are informed that a new special welcome area will be made available to them from 28 March 2021 in order to better handle their cases and any requests for information.

The weekly welcome schedule is as follows:

The services that will be provided by front-office staff are:

1. «Certification Application» services

   • Filing applications for ARPCE certification.

2. «Certification Information» services

   • Delivery of ARPCE notifications to applicants;
   • Submission of required supplements to applications;
   • Submission of requests for information on the submission of equipment for certification by ARPCE;
   • Submission of requests to take samples.

3. «Encryption» services

   • Information and submission of applications for authorisation to operate and/or acquire encryption equipment and software.

4. «Electronic communications» services

   • Information and submission of electronic communications service applications (Call centres, Cloud computing, Internet access provision, Geolocation, Audiotex, Voice over IP).

5. Postal services falling under the «Simple declaration»

   • Information and submission of applications for postal registration certificates under the simple declaration regime.

Services not listed above remain governed by the General Order Office of the Regulatory Authority, which continues to receive various documents every working day from 8.00 am to 4.30 p.m.
