The purpose of the aforementioned Executive decree is to establish the conditions and procedures for the approval of electronic communications equipment.

The above-mentioned Executive Decree aims at approving the renewal of license of establishment and operation of electronic communication network open to the public by satellite GMPCS network and to provide electronic communications services to the public, granted to the company « Algérie Télécom Satellite S.P.A ».
Approving the renewal of the licence to establish and operate a GSM standard cellular electronic communications network open to the public and to provide electronic communications services to the public, granted to the company “Wataniya Télécom Algérie S.P.A.”.
Amending Executive decree No. 22-39 of 7 Jumada al-Thani 1443 corresponding to 10/01/2022 laying down the conditions for the issue of the general authorisation to establish, operate and/or supply electronic communications services to the public as well as the amounts of the financial consideration, fees and annual contribution relating thereto.
